We handle all facets of management from budgets, staffing, financial statements, common element fee collection and liens, tendering major construction projects, co-oordnating and attending Board of Director meetings and AGM's just to list a few.
Our experience and wide contact base allows us to provide first class service to our condo Boards of Directors and residents. We strive constantly to improve the financial condition and stability of the corporation, the buildings, structures and grounds within the property. We manage each property as if it is our own home. Attention to detail is automatic for us.
Our personal service includes a real, "non voice mail " person answering the telephone to deal with day to day issues. We don't believe our clients should have to leave a voice mesage to receive service. As a result turn-around times on work-orders and other issues is usually immediate! Our clients love it.
